reception personnel were very helpful. they were cute. they were accommodating. it was a great value stay. i appreciate the central location. staff members are friendly. staff members go out of their way to help guests. i cannot wait to see refurbished rooms. i previously stayed here so i knew what to expect.
i learned about the £50 pp deposit for potential room damages upon arrival. the room given to me seemed already in questionable condition. i noticed holes in doors.

The room was not as clean as i expected. the rooftop bar remained closed. a £50 holding FEE was applied. It will be returned several days after check-out.

The location was wonderful. I felt close to everything important, with easy access to nearby attractions. our room felt spacious. the staff were attentive and helped us with extra pillows we needed. It.
I did notice some wear and tear in the room. The wallpaper was peeling in a couple of spots, it was a minor detail, but it did detract slightly from the overall impression.

The location suited my needs perfectly. i also found the large spa bath quite enjoyable. The room's size was definitely a plus.
The check-in process was delayed. I didn't get my key until after 4 pm, despite the stated 3 pm check-in time. also, the reception staff didn't seem particularly concerned about the delay or offer any apologies.
